Backyard Wabi Sabi

One of the things I have been very interested in is the idea of wabi sabi. Simply put it is a Japanese attitude that emphasizes the impermanence and imperfection of the world around us. It is a fascinating idea for me and something that I am  trying to be more aware of as I take pictures.

One example for me is a bouquet that has lost its beauty or what we perceive as perfect beauty. Is it any less of a bouquet or are the flowers any less because they have become less perfect? I do not think so.
