not giving a fig . . .

which is my attempt at a very weak pun. Anyway, there are still some figs that are still intact-may have been carried off by possums and raccoons or the birds have been feasting on them. It has been awhile since I played around with the little iPhone macro lens so I took some shots of the figs.

    • Yes, they do-the fig tree has been very popular this year, in part I think to a very bountiful supply. I can hear the critters sometimes at night-the tree is right by my office windows and there is much rustling and scurrying about-

      • We don’t have raccoons here. I have never seen one in the wild. We just have brush tail possums which are cute until they get stuck in the chimney.
