Take 12! May

Today’s Take 12! was really done on the fly-this week is crazy with deadlines and although I remembered the 12th, it was hard to concentrate. One thing I did do was to wait until the evening and take a number of pictures then, which is why the post was put up later than usual.

Five Things I Learned Today:

1. Otters sleep holding hands.

2. A “quidnunc” is a person who is eager to know the latest news and gossip.

3. In the U.S, Frisbees outsell footballs, baseballs and basketballs combined.

4. An American Pit Bull named Wallace was the 2007 Purina Incredible Dog Challenge Freestyle Flying Disc National Champion. (that’s Frisbee to us mere backyard players)

5. The national anthem of Greece has 158 verses.

Images taken with iPhone 5s and processed with Ansel, Snapseed, Pic-Tap-Go, Tangled Fx, iColorama s, Stackables and PhotoToaster

For today: Take 12! May
