56/366 Castles in the Air

One of the best gifts I ever received in graduate school was a small set of building blocks. I keep them by my desk and whenever I get stumped, frustrated or just need a break, they go to work. It can be a kind of meditative practice using hands and eyes and not thinking too much.

    • Thank you Bill-sometimes I see it as I have a lot of books and a lot of junk–I got rid of a lot of stuff last year, but I am still amazed at the stuff I keep finding-which is another reason to give that room another go around-
