180/366 Urban Distress

This restaurant building has been for sale for as long as I have lived in Charlotte and this neighborhood. I suspect it is just a matter of time before someone scratches their head and says, “Why not? What is one more apartment building in an already crowded, dense urban neighborhood? We already have ones on every other block.”

Indeed.
